Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as your location, courier service availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

At La Del Beauty, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

Eligible products may be returned, replaced, or refunded after verification by our team. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered beauty and skincare products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product received is defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return request has been accepted.
